1. Reservation & Booking
- All reservations are subject to room availability and confirmation.
- Guests are required to provide accurate personal and contact information at the time of booking.
- The hotel reserves the right to refuse or cancel any reservation if incorrect or misleading information is provided.
- Rates displayed are subject to applicable taxes and government regulations.
2. Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-In Time: 12:00 PM
- Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Guests must present a valid government-issued photo identification at the time of check-in.
3. Payment Policy
- Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm your reservation.
- We accept major debit cards, credit cards, UPI, net banking, and cash (subject to applicable regulations).
- All outstanding charges must be settled before check-out.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation policies may vary depending on the rate plan and booking source.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation policy associated with your reservation.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows or early departures unless otherwise stated.
5. Guest Identification
- All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID upon arrival.
- Foreign nationals are required to present a valid passport, valid visa, and any other documents required under applicable laws.
- The hotel reserves the right to deny accommodation if valid identification is not provided.
6. Occupancy
- Only registered guests are permitted to occupy the room.
- Additional guests may be subject to extra occupancy charges.
- Maximum room occupancy limits must be observed for safety and comfort.
7. Visitor Policy
- Visitors may be allowed in guest rooms only in accordance with hotel policies.

8. Guest Conduct

- Avoid excessive noise or disruptive behavior.
- Refrain from any illegal, abusive, or inappropriate activities.
- Follow all hotel rules and local laws during their stay.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or request any guest to leave the premises without refund if their conduct is considered inappropriate, unlawful, or disruptive.
9. Smoking Policy
- Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas.
- Smoking inside non-smoking rooms may result in cleaning or damage charges.
10. Damage to Hotel Property
Guests are responsible for any loss or damage caused to hotel property due to negligence, misuse, or intentional acts. The hotel reserves the right to recover the cost of repairs or replacement.
11. Valuables
Guests are advised to keep their valuables secure. ByLand International Hotels shall not be responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings unless required by applicable law.
12. Parking
Parking facilities, where available, are provided at the guest’s own risk. The hotel is not liable for any loss or damage to vehicles or their contents.
13. Force Majeure
The hotel shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, power failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

17. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
