Refund Policy
At ByLand International Hotels, we strive to provide a seamless booking experience for all our guests. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making a reservation.
1. Booking Confirmation
Your reservation is confirmed only after successful payment (where applicable) and receipt of a booking confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
2. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
- Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation policy associated with the selected room rate or promotional offer.
- Bookings cancelled within the permitted cancellation period may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
- Non-refundable promotional or discounted bookings are not eligible for refunds unless otherwise specified.
3. No-Show Policy
If a guest fails to check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior cancellation, the booking will be treated as a No-Show. No refund will be issued for no-show reservations.
4. Early Departure
If a guest decides to check out before the confirmed departure date, the unused portion of the stay is generally non-refundable unless approved by the hotel management.
5. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original mode of payment.
- Refunds are generally processed within 7 to 14 business days, depending on the payment provider or banking institution.
- Processing times may vary for credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, or third-party booking platforms.
6. Third-Party Bookings
If your reservation was made through an Online Travel Agency (OTA) or any third-party booking platform, including travel agents, refund requests must be made directly through the respective booking platform. Their cancellation and refund policies will apply.
7. Modification of Booking
Changes to reservation dates or room types are subject to availability and applicable rate differences. Additional charges may apply for modifications.
8. Force Majeure
Refunds for cancellations due to circumstances beyond the hotel’s control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or other force majeure events, will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and the booking terms.
9. Refund Exceptions
- Non-refundable rate plans.
- No-show reservations.
- Early departures unless approved by management.
- Bookings cancelled outside the eligible cancellation period.
- Special event, festive season, or promotional bookings where separate cancellation terms apply.
10. Hotel Cancellation
In the unlikely event that ByLand International Hotels is unable to honour a confirmed reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered either an alternative accommodation (subject to availability) or a full refund of any amount paid directly to the hotel.
